STEP 2: Send an e-mail to kontakt@ostatniawarta.pl, providing: the donor's first and last name, the date and amount of the payment, and (optionally) the mailing address and court/prosecutor's office details if they are to appear on the certificate.
STEP 3: You will receive the ready, official document confirming the donation payment for the court (signed by the Management Board) in electronic form (PDF) and – upon request – by traditional mail.
