Bronisława Czecha 1/9, entered into the Register of Associations, Other Social and Professional Organizations, Foundations, and Independent Public Health Care Facilities under KRS number: 0001224367, NIP: 9571199614, REGON: 544069163.

2. Purposes and Legal Grounds for Data Processing

Your personal data is processed based on the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the following purposes:

• Fulfilling the Foundation's statutory objectives, including providing care for beneficiaries and organizing volunteering (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
• Handling donations and accounting/tax matters, including the accounting of payments made to our bank account and communicating with donors (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Communication and providing responses to inquiries sent electronically, via the contact form, or traditional mail (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest of the Controller).

3. Data Recipients and External Partners (Payments and Fundraisers)

Personal data may be shared with entities supporting the Foundation (e.g., accounting office, hosting and e-mail providers) exclusively on the basis of appropriate data processing agreements.

Important disclaimer regarding payments: The Foundation uses the services of external payment operators and fundraising platforms (including Zrzutka.pl, Patronite, PayPal, FaniMani, BuyCoffee). The moment a User clicks a link redirecting to a chosen support method, they leave the ostatniawarta.pl website. From that point on, the transaction and data collection are subject exclusively to the privacy policy, cookie policy, and terms of service of the given payment operator.

The "Ostatnia Warta" Foundation obtains Donors' personal data from these partners only to the limited extent that they are shared following a successful transaction (usually limited to: first name, last name, e-mail address, and the amount, as described in the Donation Terms). The Foundation does not have access to banking login details or payment card information.

4. Rights of Data Subjects

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• The right to access your data and receive a copy of it.
• The right to rectify (correct) your data.
• The right to erasure (the "right to be forgotten"), provided there are no other legal contraindications (e.g., the obligation to archive accounting records).
